To use this wetsuit, start by opening the chest zip. Step into the legs and pull it up over your body until it's fully on. Make sure it fits snugly but not too tight. When you're done surfing, rinse the wetsuit with fresh water to remove salt, sand, and other debris. Hang it up to dry in a cool, shaded place. Avoid direct sunlight as it can damage the neoprene.
